MagicWand is happy to replace an item with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please fill out our Item Return Form within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Personalized orders, engraved products, perishable merchandise are not returnable unless they are damaged.

Just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

Step 1
Complete the Return form.
If you have questions prior, please e-mail us at customerservice@magicwandweddings.com.

Step 2
Once we receive your completed Item Return form, you will receive an authorized Item Return Number with information where to ship the return order.. Write down the Item return number and include on your package.

For your security, please return your item with a shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address. MagicWand is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Once an item return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. We must receive the return within 15 days from the day the item return number was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
